Hei people i am new to Oslo, originally from the uk here to find work :P and stay in this lovely city. so a little about me i am a lively white lion ;) and i love to meet people and have a laugh, would be nice to talk to local furries in my area, ohhhh yeah by the way i am 20 years old :P

We've got quite a number of furs living in and around Oslo, so it shouldn't be to hard to organize something.

I live with a few other furs about as close to centrum as you can get. Majorstuen to be more spesific.
So if you want to meet up some day and get to know people, that should be possible.

Welcome to both the town and the site. There are frequent furmeets in Oslo but most of them are only announced in Norwegian but we'll do our best to keep you up to date :)

Nedre slottsgate is roughly 2 streets away from where I work. Have an office at Kirkegata 25 (just next door to our biggest nerd store).

I know that feeling all too well. Long term unemployment sucks.

I'm curious, were you active in the UK furry community? There are a few of us in the Oslo area (as you've seen), but I'm guessing it's quite a step down from the UK.

Fresh meat! :D I used to be an Oslo fur, now I'm almost an Oslo fur. :p I still work in Oslo though. Just ask if you need any help with translation or guidance to this foreign species called Norwegians. :) and you will probably see me at some meets too. :3

Welcome :D I'll be living in you "rivaling" city Bergen then, but no worries that is mostly for football (i think) :D
Btw, are you going to desu / Desucon? there will be pretty many furs there (it's going to be a big anime/fantasy convention the 29th og june about 20min away from Oslo with train). though not the cheapest thing for someone still looking for a job ^^;; (took me 4 months to get one in Bergen, and I've lived there all my life D:)
Anyways, welcome :D and sorry for being strange :D (there is a reason why my sona is an (awkward) Penguin).

Should you ever feel like talking to someone who, more or less, butchers your language, feel free to drop me a line. It's not nearly often enough I get to practice my English with a native speaker. :)

I don't think that's entirely legal? Especially if you had a contract of some sort. You need to be warned in good time before you get thrown out.
