Yea I didn't have much too do today, so since I kinda have a fresh memory right now I tought I share it and hear what others did too their first car. Posting in english for english ppl and cosue I don't wann type it all twice and translate haha [laugh]

I'l go first then
Had a kind of bad Friday, as usually looking forward too visiting my BF and really exited and happy, finally was going to be best part of the week where I visit him and snuggle for a few days. But obviously it wasn’t going to be flawless this time. I ended up stuck in the middle of the trip when I crashed my car into the back of another at about 70 KM\h. It didn't hurt much though but it happened so fast I couldn’t do shit about it when I noticed it was going bad it was too late too react in time so I wasn’t able too break or turn away and slammed into this other car.
So then I instantly started thinking of my kitty... and afraid I wouldn’t see him and had too go home and sit there alone crying all weekend or something, so it got me really sad while standing there w8ing for the police and crap too arrive. Luckily I managed too find a way and cached a ride too Oslo and jumped on a train and went too my kitty anyways and the weekend was saved :). he picked me up at train station and it was a really good weekend with a outdoor trip and lots of fun even though I wasn’t feeling 100% after the crash. I'm so lucky too have him too take so good care of me, makes me so happy. *snuggles and kisses Regandor*
And on too the bad part now, well I don't have a car anymore it's at some garage out in nowhere, got dragged over there since it wasn’t possible too drive. And is most likely going to be squished into a cube when I can get my things out a it. But with my current money situation I'm not sure how this will go I think it's going too hell but can only w8 and see.

My first car, an 1983 Audi 80, is partially reincarnated as the bodywork of an early 80's Audi Quattro.. The rest is turning into iron oxide somewhere. I sold it about 2.5 years ago. It got replaced by a 1995 Audi A4.

If you can count Lada as a car ^^, I had one in Russia, me and some friends of mine just found it on the street, clearly abandoned. we decided to go for a ride, drove a couple of kilometres, before the car turned by itself and we all dove off a bridge (not so high) and into a ditch. befare of the posessed Lada [w-happy] we came out more or less ok, (some scrubs and cuts) but the car was wrecked, and if it isn't cut up for metal, it's still there.

I really hope this works out, and that you get a new car soon. Hopefully you can pay all your bills aswell.
Maby you can utsette some of them, and pauy them at your next paycheck. And, if you take a loan for the new car, take a little over.

My first car is alredy a cube. :P
It was in a pretty bad shape before i bought it, and i tryed to fix it, but in the end i gave up and got a new one.. wich i have to fix on aswell. :P But not that much.
Hope I'll be able to fix this new one soon, so i can use it more.

I'm sorry to hear about your car...I know that must not be very pleasant. My new car is currently in the shop now getting some repair work done because of an accident that was caused by Chicago's shitty weather. Well not so much the weather as the fact that the city doesn't know how to take care of roads...

Anyhoot...my very first car was a 1978 Chevy Nova(http://novaresource.org/gallery4/78stevec1.jpg) that my dad taught me to maintain. The deal was that, I get to drive at age 16, if and only if, I learn how to take care of the car and perform what ever maintenance it needed. Well needless to say that I had to get a job and I worked my butt off and learned a lot about working on cars...I had installed new exhaust on it, brake pads, and your basic day to day stuff like oil changes and what have you.
What wound up happening to it was, that, my father being a recruiter for the Army had talked me into joining the Army myself...and during my initial training period my parents wound up selling the car without telling me. Man I was furious...then my next car was a crummy little 4banger, but it was a good A to B car and got good gas mileage.
Again though, I'm sorry to hear about your accident and I'm glad to hear that you had someone to take care of you. Sometimes having someone to cuddle with makes all the difference in the world. [ureshii]

My first car is currently sitting happily in the carpark below my window. It's a Hyundai Sonata 95-model:

Its the first one I own myself, but I have had a few cars available to me before it. When I turned 18 my dad bought a second car in his name and let me use it. It was a light blue Mazda 626 85-model. Quite an awesome car with plenty of weird quirks, and in constant need or repair... hehe. I know next to nothing about cars, so my dad did most of the fixing. It eventually broke down though, so we dumped it at the local junkyard. Its either a cube or still sitting there being used for spare parts now =\

Well that is how my car looks like, except it's gray..I got no cell phone nor cam to upload the pic of it, but yeah, it seriously starts to get green spots on it, it's molding away!
Nah, it's just grass comming on to it after I mowed the lawn..
however, I can't even drive it...

My first car was an Opel Kadett 86, may it rest in piece. I had to take it to the junkyard when it got a crack in the windshield and it turned out to be more costly to repair than the value of the car [laugh] Miss that thing tho..
This is what I drive now, a Seat Toledo 1.6S 2001. It's basicly a VW Bora. Mine looks the same as the photo, even same color, except I have changed the front grill with the "S" to a front grill without it.

It's a badly painted red mazda 626 1993 model, with a lot of miles.....
i'm actually a decent driver, but i have had an accident, one day I decided to test my car a little.
Now imagine what happens when you combine this; horrible summer tires, wet and narrow gravel/forest road, nighttime, high speeds, sharp corner and a deep and wide ditch with large bushes in it.
I had to chop my car loose with an axe, and my friend and his car had to pull me out of there.
my car used to be good back in the day. now it's shit.

my first car was a 88 toyota corolla xl.. my tip to all do not try to park your car under a maxi cab in 70km/h. it hurts as hell.. my neck used 2 years to recover. and the car was a half meter shorter. and the cabs back axel was moved 15 cm back and 20 cm to the left of the cab an the prop shaft was teared in two.

a lovely 1987 jeep commanche.. black.. diesel. awesome car ^^ could decapite lesser trees, climb hills a new car would die from and as heavy as a tank (I think it was something around 2.5 tons).
sold it unfortunatly, though I earned 8 times the amount of money I paid for it the first time. Still, I kinda miss it, but I might be able to buy it back and that for much less than I sold it for soon [ureshii]

It's a pretty good car to drive to be honest ^^ Love it :P
Got it from my grandpa for free (he's 92 years old o:), as he don't want to risk anything by driving himself.
Though, I still just got front seats, as I've to install det passanger seats later on.. and I would like some new speakers x3
All in all, lovely to drive... Automatic, and sadly it uses a shitload with gasoline :s

first car ended up trying to wrap itself around a tree. the 20th of march 2003, got my license the 18th. [laugh]
after that ive had. 14 or 15 cars, cant rly remember, (most i bought fixed up and sold agean)
only 3 of those ended w a wreck togh,
1 wreck was a 1980 audi coupe that ended its days when it tried to become friends w a deer.
2 wreck a 87 audi 100, head on colition w a retard in a volvo.
3rd was a 89 audi 100 avant quattro, ended its days when i backed up into a tree. (the tree moved i swear!!)
atm i drive a 1980 ford bronco. 5l v8 (rolling project)

My first car, was a 86 Ford Escort, which after 3 heart attacks finaly gave in, got blown up (by me) and the bigger chunks sold of to make art. Got an ashtray made from parts of the roof.
She was a feisty little girl with alott of attitude. Painted in the factory paintjob called "Ford Crimson Metallic" and smelled of cigaretts og whores (Thank you wunderbaum)
My friend got the knob from the transmission to put on his "wall of things I killed", since he technically was the one who was driving when it died the last time..

My first car was a Renault 19, it just rusted to death. Now I have my VW Passat still in the Netherlands, my parents are taking good care of him (hopefully)<3
